About Us
Jennifer's Kids Learning Center has been in businsess for 28 years. The center is licensed with both local and state authorities. We are committed to providing complete child-oriented education and care of high quality. We enroll children from ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach towards educating the complete child, while impacting intellectual, creative, social and physical development.
At Jennifer's Kids Leaning Center, we value the children in our care, their parents and families and our staff. We continually work to earn the trust placed in us. We equally strive each day to be the best provider of early childhood educational services in the community we serve. Our Philosophy
We provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, self-esteem, and cognitive development of your child.The philosophy at Jennifer's Kids Learning Center is based on the following:
-That each child is a unique individual. We are sensitive to their social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs. We provide developmentally appropriate programs that focus on the process of learning and help the children enjoy successful experiences through the love of learning. -To provide a physical environment that is safe, clean, healthy and oriented to children. Classrooms are arranged to offer challenging play and learning choices at a range of developmental levels. Activity centers allow children the opportunity to explore, to experience and most importantly to succeed. The strength of our program lies in the dedication of our teaching staff. -We support our teachers with training, resources and freedom to create a unique learning experience for children. We provide many opportunities for teachers to share ideas and grow professionally. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere and foster each child's creativity and positive self image. -To establish consistent, age appropriate limits to help children function in their world. -Our programs are designed to develop in children a sense of independence and responsibility. We desire to strengthen each child's own cultural identity, while instilling respect for others who might be different. -That parents are the most significant adults in child's life. We strive to create mutual respect between parents and teachers, a partnership for the benefits of the child. We encourage daily communication between parents and center staff. Our doors are open to all parents at all times.
Our Staff
Our staff is compassionate, caring and loving. Each member staff is trained and certified in Early Childhood Education. They have been screened and selected based on their educational training, teaching experience and exceptional skills working with children of all ages. All staff attend seminars and training sessions that help them keep up with activities relevant to our daily job, including annual First-Aid and CPR certification. At Jennifer's Kids Learning Center, we take great pride in the open line of communication between our staff and management team and our parents. Our center is clean, bright and nice to live in.
